INSTALLING PROCESS


NO.1     Preparation 
Make sure the floor or wall surfaces to be smooth, flat, solid, dry and perfectly clean. We suggest the tiles install direction should be fit for your design. 
 
NO.2      Preparation for paving
Confirm code number, size, shade and quantity before opening the box. For the directional design, please follow the right direction to pave the tiles.
 
NO.3      Paving
Suggest to paving with cement for ceramic tiles, and cement mixture tile glue grout for porcelain tiles. Ceramic tiles need to dip in water until soaked before paving. Tap the tiles with hammer handle to make it pave firmly.
 
NO.4      Filling
Tips for filling gap: porcelain floor tile 3-5mm, glazed tile 5mm-10mm, inner wall tile 1.5mm, out door wall tile 3mm. Using cement to fill the gap. Or you can mix color with filler to fill it according to specific design.
 
NO.5      Cleaning
After laying 1 hour, using a damp sponge to remove any cement or grout. After 12 hours,  tap the tile with hammer handle and listen to the sound, if you find empty drum, please remove and pave again. After 24 hours, you can wash and walk on it freely.
 
NO.6     Maintenance
Using normal neutral detergents for daily cleaning.
Using a slightly acidic detergents for special cleaning.
